Versatile & powerful– Capable of repairing wheel rims, treads, and brake discs. The spindle is driven by an independent reduction gearbox, matched with a high-strength tool rest and imported heavy-cutting inserts. Single cutting depth ≥ 8 mm, supporting machining of wheelsets with gearboxes.
Intelligent CNC control – Equipped with Siemens SINUMERIK 808D (non-measuring) or Siemens SINUMERIK 828D (measuring) system, featuring stable operation and high automation. It supports conversational programming, subroutine calling, CAM simulation of machining process and automatic fault diagnosis.
Flexible machining – Supports double-end or single-end machining with automatic and manual modes. The left and right TC8011R spindle heads are movable with adjustable mandrels, suitable for wheelsets of different axle lengths. It also allows machining with axle boxes, greatly improving wheelset maintenance efficiency.
Precision guarantee – Hydraulic 3-jaw chuck ensures accurate wheel positioning. Optional automatic measuring device supports full-profile measurement of wheelsets (including wheel diameter, inner distance, tread profile, etc.). Equivalent taper measurement accuracy ≤ 5%, radial runout measurement accuracy ≤ 0.05 mm.
