Product Introduction
The computerized fuel dispenser for diesel locomotives is a new-generation integrated electromechanical refueling device. It is mainly used for the refueling of diesel fuel, lubricating oil and water for diesel locomotives in locomotive depots. It is suitable for automatic refueling of diesel locomotives in railway bureaus and locomotive depots, and is equipped with a wireless networking function.
II. Equipment CompositionThe equipment consists of an insulated enclosure, oil circuit system, water circuit system, forced air exhaust system, electric heating thermostatic system, electric control system, operation system, and display system.
- The oil circuit system is composed of shut-off valves, filters, flow meters, pulse transmitters, refueling hoses, nozzles, etc.
- The electric control system, operation system, and display system consist of working power supply control, main control board, output control board, input keyboard board, key switch, control buttons, LCD screen, reset control, and flow signal output interface for computer data acquisition.
The unit is equipped with two sets of oval gear flow meters, signal sensors, solenoid valves, and a computer control system, forming the fuel system and lubricating oil system respectively. It is also fitted with a solenoid valve for cooling water, composing an integrated dispensing column for fuel, lubricating oil, and cooling water. All computer components adopt industrial-grade computer chips from Motorola (USA), featuring high reliability, fast operation, abundant functions and convenient operation.
