I. Control Principle & Structural Features

The equipment mainly consists of an electric lifting platform, an electric traversing carriage and a transition bridge. It is fixedly installed under the trench track, used for removing and installing wheelsets from/into locomotives, as well as hoisting wheelsets in and out.

The electric traversing carriage carries the wheelsets and transports them within the foundation pit.

When the equipment is not in operation, the transition bridge is positioned by a pin-through mechanism to maintain a smooth and continuous surface with sufficient load-bearing capacity, allowing locomotives to pass safely.

Both the platform lifting and the traversing carriage movement are equipped with safety devices to ensure safe and reliable operation.

A mechanical locking device is provided to guarantee the safety of operators.

III. Installation Requirements

The equipment shall be installed in a special indoor pit.
Operating ambient temperature: -10℃ to 50℃; relative humidity: < 90%
The distance between the lifting platform and the wall at the workpiece removal end and the side walls shall be no less than 15 mm.
The top surface of the platform shall be horizontal, and the 15 mm clearance shall remain unchanged after lifting.
